$125 evaluation with written recommendation from your primary care physician.

This will take place over the phone. During your call, Dr. Gaskins will conduct your medical consultation, review any important medical records via Virtual Visit. If - following your evaluation - the NP determines that you qualify and are a good candidate for Virginia medical cannabis treatment, we will approve your request for certification and email your certificate within 1 to 24 hours.
